Magnolia Network is an American basic cable network owned by Warner Bros. Discovery and Chip and Joanna Gaines. It broadcasts personality-based lifestyle programs related to topics such as home construction, renovation, and cuisine.

Magnolia Network is already a top 50 cable network among women 18+ and boasts more than 600 hours of original programming that includes the entire Fixer Upper library, Magnolia Table with Joanna Gaines, Maine Cabin Masters, The Lost Kitchen, Homegrown, Restoration Road with Clint Harp and more.

Per Variety, Chip Gaines and Joanna Gaines's Magnolia Network will now be overseen by HBO. Magnolia, the lifestyle brand home to a bunch of modern-farmhouse aesthetic content (and, okay, some non-Gaines shows too), is jointly owned by the couple and Discovery.

As of today, nearly a year later, Chip and Joanna Gaines still own the castle. While the Gaines family owns the property, it remains vacant, so they offer guided tours to fans. Fans can buy tickets to tour the castle, complete with all the design elements and furnishing featured in the show.

Magnolia Realty put the castle up for auction in June 2023. It was listed for $2.9 million pre-auction, per the Waco Tribune-Herald. However, shortly after the auction opened in July, they decided not to sell. Cottonland Castle is currently available for guided walking tours as a house museum.

In all, the Gaines not only transformed an old Waco landmark, they helped transform the city, as evidenced by a growing downtown, expanded restaurant scene, and even tour buses seen around town daily.
