In this post I am sharing how to make a Holiday Brie en Croute.
What is Brie en Croute?It鈥檚 just a fancy pants way of saying a wheel of brie baked in some type of pastry. 馃槈 A refrigerated pie crust or puff pastry work well for this.
This is a super easy and delicious appetizer that can be adapted for any special occasion gathering and it dresses up so well for the holidays with colorful cranberry.
Serve alongside a platter of crostini or crackers and watch the smiles as folks dig into this wonderful appetizer. Personally, I prefer serving with the small toasted crostini bread pieces because they are more sturdy.
Guests are sure to love this easy holiday brie recipe.

How to Eat Brie
Brie is a soft cheese that is made from cow鈥檚 milk. It is perfectly delicious served just as it is with crackers or part of a charcuterie board with meats and fruits.
A wheel of brie will come in a rind, which is edible. In fact鈥ou鈥檙e supposed to eat the rind too but it is up to you if you鈥檇 rather not partake.
Baked brie is a favorite for my appetizer menu. The warm melted cheese is perfect on cool winter evenings.
