How To Make Keto Fried Rice
You will be surprised to see how easy it is to make this delicious keto-fried rice. Here is all you need to do:
- Start by preparing the shirataki rice as directed on the package. Drain the rice thoroughly and rinse for 1-2 minutes under tap water. Then, boil the rice for 3 minutes and drain it again.
- Peel the onion and chop it finely. In a pan, fry the chopped onion in butter for about 4-5 minutes. After that, push the vegetables to one side of the pan, break two eggs into the other side, and scramble them quickly until fully cooked.
- Next, add the well-drained rice to the pan along with some more butter, and mix everything well.
- Finally, pour in the soy sauce and fry everything together for an additional 3 minutes. You may add a little more salt if necessary, but be cautious as the soy sauce already adds saltiness to the dish.”

- 4 cups shirataki rice konjac rice, or cauliflower rice
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup white onion diced
- 1 cup frozen vegetables
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp soy sauce or more to taste
Instructions
Place a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the butter, cook the diced onion and frozen vegetables until tender for about 5-6 minutes.
Crack eggs into the pan and scramble, stirring occasionally.
Add the keto rice, and soy sauce. Continue sauteing for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Taste and adjust the seasoning. Enjoy!
