\ To find your RLU to lease, follow one of the 'Find a Property' links; which you can find located on the grey navigation menu on the left of the page and on the Home page screen, as seen in the below image.\
\
\ Land available for leasing is listed geographically by state and county. (If your preferred county is not listed, then we do not currently have any property for hunting available in that county.) Each tract is shown on a map and is identified by a Recreational Lease Unit (RLU) number. Hunt clubs are allowed to bid on as many tracts of land as they like.\
\
\ Show All Available RLUs -\ Shows all properties\ available for hunting. This\ includes properties\ currently open for bidding\ and properties that are\ available for lease\ immediately without\ bidding.\
\
\ Open for Bidding - Shows\ properties that are\ currently open for bidding.\ These properties will be\ open till the bidding period\ ends. The winning bidders\ will be notified at the end of the bidding period by email. RLU prices listed show the current highest bid value.\
\
\ Lease Now – No Bidding - Shows properties that are available for lease immediately. There is no bidding for these properties. Users can create their leases soon after the purchase and will be notified by email about payment amount and due dates. Users must have a club created in the site before leasing the property.\
\
\ Use the State, County, and RLU drop down menus and Price and Acre fields to further identify the properties in which you are interested. Once you have filtered to the RLUs you are interested in, click the 'Show Property List' button.\
\
\ The Property Listing tab displays details about the RLUs that satisfied the search criteria entered on the Search Properties tab.\ RLU details can be viewed from the property listing tab: RLU number, Acres, Location, Bidding Term, Current Price, and PDF Property Maps.\
\
\ Further details about the RLUs can be found by clicking on the 'View RLU Details…' link.\ Other options available on this tab include Bidding on a RLU or Leasing the RLU Now. These options allow you to either participate in competitive bidding or immediate purchase of your lease; these options are explained on page 2 of this document. You must be logged-in to your F&W Forestry Services account to place a bid or lease now.\ To view the RLU on the interactive map, click the 'View RLU on Map' link. Upon clicking this link you will leave the Property Listing tab and be directed to the View Map Tab.\

\ The RLU Details page shows additional fields not displayed on the Property Listing tab: Tract Name, Bidding Type, Property Comments, RLU Manager Contact Information, and Special Conditions.\ This page can be shared with a friend via email by clicking 'Share this Link with a Friend' in the top right corner of the page.\ Bidding and Lease Now options are also available from this page by clicking the designated button.\

\ In order to navigate within the map the user needs to become familiar with the navigation tools: Zoom In, Zoom Out, Full Extent, Prev Extent, Next Extent, and Pan.\ On the top right of the map there are three map background setting choices: Imagery, Street Map, and TOPO Map.\ The Imagery option will change the background to available satellite image of that region, while removing all map features (including roads).\ The Street Map option is the default map that is displayed.\ The TOPO Map option is a topographic map displaying physiographic features, streets, and boundary lines.\ RLUs can be selected and zoomed to by\ selecting from the drop down menu in the top right corner of the page.\

\ Upon logging-in you will be prompted to review your Account/Contact information and update anything required. After updating this information you will be directed to the Account History page, which you can also navigate by using the My Club Menu on the left. Click on Account History. You will be directed to a page, displaying your RLU.\
\
\ Click on the View Reservation Details link located under the Actions box to the right of your RLU reservation information.\
\
\ Click Accept to accept the reservation and automatically begin the Reservation Wizard. Clicking DECLINE will reject the offer and the RLU will be put up for competitive bidding or made available to the public.\
\
\ Read the preliminary information before beginning the Reservation Wizard process. Click on the Next button to begin the Reservation Wizard.\
\
\ Verify the terms, pricing, and dates of your lease. You will need to answer the question at the bottom of the page before being able to click the Next button to continue to Step 2.\
\
\ Review your current club members. If any club member listing has changed, you may make changes accordingly.\ Confirm your new club list and click the Next button to continue to Step 3.\
\
\ Verify the Reservation Price, Payment Due Date and click on the button to Create Lease Document.\
\
\ A separate window will open automatically which contains a printable PDF version of your lease agreement. Click on the Next button to proceed to payment options.\
