Decision fatigue is a real thing. So we've created a few easy organic breakfast ideas to help you get through the week, with a few tips and tricks thrown in as well.

Monday Morning: Easy Breakfasts FTW

Monday morning (or any morning that feels like a Monday) is an excellent time for grab-and-go options. Remember, “quick and easy” doesn’t have to mean “unhealthy” either.

Tuesday and Wednesday Morning: Easy Organic Free-Range Eggs

Monday probably went by in a blur, so let’s reset and make sure the family is getting a healthy breakfast without destroying the kitchen. Organic egg recipes don’t have to be difficult, and we have a 30-minute mini crustless quiche recipe that uses the organic eggs from the free-to-forage, well-cared-for hens of our cooperative.

Make an extra batch to cover a couple mornings — the mini quiches reheat beautifully without the crust to get soggy, and they'realso tasty cold. Two mini quiches plus a glass ofmilk and a piece of fruit gives you and the kids quick energy and plenty of protein to satisfy until lunch. The best part is that nearly all of the organic ingredients can be picked up in a flash simply by telling the shopper (your partner or your app) to choose Organic Valley.

TGIF! Healthy Breakfast Smoothies

Friday is finally here! Embrace it. An organic breakfast smoothie is fast, delivers the nutrition your family needs (especially if you sneak in some greens)and avoids the pesticides often found on fruits and veggies used in shakes.

They don’t have to be complicated either! Healthy breakfast smoothies are as easy as frozen organic strawberries or mixed fruit (about 1 cup per person, less for small children), and Organic Valley milk to cover. Blend and done.

Looking for a high-protein smoothie? Try Organic Valley's fortified lowfat and skim milks, which blend in added organic skim milk powder to boost the protein and calcium content. (It's milk withmore milkin it!)

Add more nutrition with other things you might have around: a cup of packed greens, a tablespoon or two of nut butter or whole nuts (any will do), a scoop of organic yogurt for probiotics. Delicious and organic with the press of a button.

Saturday or Sunday: Breakfast Feast

For some families, the weekend means time for a fun organic breakfast feast. It’s a good time to teach your children what goes into the food on your table. As you whip eggs and the little ones have fun ripping up greens for this easy Breakfast Delight Quiche recipe, you can leisurely talk to your kids about where eggs come from and what ghee is.

It’s also a great time to treat yourself to bacon that you can feel good about frying up because you know where it comes from and the love that was put into raising the animals.

Happy Breakfast-ing!
